Airtable

Connect Airtable and Windmill to recognize operational excellence and process work

What is Airtable?

Airtable is a cloud collaboration platform combining spreadsheet flexibility with database power. Teams use it for project tracking, content calendars, CRM, inventory management, and custom workflows.

How Windmill Uses Your Airtable Integration

Windmill connects to Airtable to understand structured work and data management:

  • Record tracking for performance reviews showing data managed, projects coordinated, and contributions made
  • Collaboration visibility through shared bases and record comments
  • Status and progress context from fields such as In Progress and Done
  • Ownership attribution from assigned collaborator and owner fields

Windmill reads record updates, comments, status fields, and assigned collaborators from the bases you authorize. It cannot access unselected bases and does not write to Airtable.

Benefits of the Windmill Airtable Integration

Recognize operational work. Record updates and comments capture project, customer, and process contributions that can otherwise be difficult to reconstruct.

Surface structured contributions. Performance reviews can reference changes, progress, and ownership in the bases your team selects.

Keep the scope controlled. You choose which bases to authorize, and Windmill reads only supported data from those bases.
